A speculative phrase of the form “it must be the case that…” in general can be expressed by joining any verb with the future tense of hoṇā (to be).
uh āpaṇē imatihān dī tiārī karadā hovēgā
He must be preparing for him exam
uh ikaṭṭhē paṛhadē hoṇagē
They must be reading together
is vēlē vāpas āundē hoṇagē
(They) must be on their way back at this time
